BSB80120 - Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
Description
The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (Release 1) is a nationally accredited course for those looking for the skills and expertise required for in the field of organisational learning and capability development. This program equips participants with advanced skills required to design, implement and evaluate strategic learning and development initiatives within complex business environments. Training is primarily conducted face-to-face in both a classroom based (theoretical) and simulated workplace environment.
Training sessions are trainer led in group sizes of no more than 25 participants.
The training program is undertaken using a planned schedule. Sessions will include the demonstration, explanation and practice of skills. This is undertaken by utilising a simulated workplace, whereby students can access projects and case study scenarios in a simulated environment. Training is undertaken in our Werribee Campus.

Duration
52 weeks which includes 40 weeks of training and assessment delivery and 12 weeks holidays.
Entry requirements
- Be over the age of 18
- Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English
- Verified evidence of IELTS Level 6 or equivalent
- Have completed an equivalent secondary schooling level of a School Certificate or can demonstrate suitable work or life experience.
- Meet the following Student Visa 500 subclass requirements:
- Meet English language test score requirements
- Hold Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
- Meet the health requirements
- Be of good character

Dress and equipment requirements
Students are required to present to class in neat, casual attire.
Students will require basic stationary and a notebook according to their own study preferences during classroom learning sessions. Access to a computer which has an internet connection is required to assist students to undertake study and research in response to some assessment tasks. Access to a computer with internet connection is mandatory to allow learners to undertake self-paced study and prepare submissions for assessment, This should include the MS Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook or equivalent.
Students will be required to bring portable electronic devices to classroom sessions such a small laptops or tablet.
